CPS Directories is a program, which specifies all folders of a directory in an Access Database. The size of a folder, the number of subfolders and the number of included files will be listed together with the name of a folder. The program is written in Visual Basic. It runs on Windows 9X, Me, NT, 2000 and XP. MS Access 2000 (or MS Access 97) is required for creating the database. A version, which doesn't need MS Access, is planned.
At the beginning you will see a screen, which specifies all drives of the system. Only the drives, which are available can be selected. You can map a network drive, using the menu "Extras".
On the next screen you have the possibility to choose path and name for the MS Access Database (Default is C:\Temp\CPS\Date-Time-Directories.mdb).
During the program sequence you can watch everything which the program is doing.
At the end a summary will be shown. Now you have the possibility to view the MS Access Database.
